Delete your account

From inside the app

This is the fastest way and it happens straight away. Open Lira, go to Settings, then Delete account, and confirm. Nobody reviews it and nothing waits in a queue.

What gets deleted

Everything you recorded, and your account with it:

• Your profile, name and email address
• Your energy check-ins and the notes you wrote in them
• Your activities and how they affected your energy
• Your cycle dates, phases and settings
• Your Inner World answers and progress
• Your self-identification sessions and results
• The insights and recommendations Lira wrote for you
• Your notification settings and device tokens
• Any authorisation you gave for a clinician to see a summary of your records, which stops their access immediately

What we keep, and why

One record of the deletion itself: the email address of the account, the date, and the app version you used. We keep it to show the request was made and handled, and to answer questions about payments made before it. It contains none of your records.

If a clinician was seeing a summary of your records, any notes she wrote in her own clinical file stay with her. They are her work and she is required to keep them. She can no longer see anything you recorded.

Deleting your Lira account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel that in your store account, or it renews.

If you cannot open the app

Ask us here and we will do it for you. We write back to the account's own email address to confirm it is you, because otherwise anyone could delete anyone's account. We answer within 48 hours and finish within 30 days.
