I completed the neurodivergent profile in the app — what is this support page for?
If you're here after exploring your neurodivergent profile, this space is simply for questions and support.
Some people want to talk through what came up, ask about the feature, or get guidance on next steps. Others just want reassurance or clarification.
There's no requirement to take action, and no diagnosis happens here. We're just here to listen and help if you want.

Can I log my energy more than twice a day?
Lira's energy check-ins happen twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, and that's on purpose. Logging at the same two moments each day lets Lira compare your energy at consistent points and spot patterns over time, which is what makes your recommendations more useful. It also keeps the daily habit light and low pressure.
Your mid-day energy still counts though. When you log an activity and mark whether it drained or gave you energy, that captures what happened between your check-ins — either in the moment or when you do your evening log.

How do I log my energy levels?
Lira offers morning and evening check-ins to track your energy levels throughout the day. Just tap on the appropriate check-in option and follow the guided process to record how you're feeling.

What are morning and evening check-ins?
Morning check-ins help you set intentions for your day based on your current energy level. Evening check-ins allow you to reflect on your day, record your energy levels, and identify patterns over time.

How do I manage notification preferences?
Go to the Settings tab in the app, then select "Notifications." Here you can toggle on/off notifications for morning check-ins, evening check-ins, and weekly digest emails.

What should I do if the app crashes?
If the app crashes, please try restarting it. If crashes continue, email us at hello@feelwithlira.com with details about when the crash occurred and what you were doing at the time.
